When Ashes arrive with us for memorial commissions we have a very special place for them.

Our dedicated little sanctuary is a place of calm and loving respect, they are kept safely until we take them out of our satin lined box to combine with the Shungite in your chosen pieces.

They are then returned to the box, until they are returned back to you.

How it works:

Step 1: Make your selection from our options 

Step 2: Complete your payment

Step 3: We post your Gift Set with everything you will need to post us the ashes.

Step 4: Put the Ashes in the labelled bag for Ashes (1 teaspoon for each item you have ordered), placing in the box provided and affixing the provided Recorded Return Address labels and stamps to the box, take to post office.

Step 5: We contact you to let you know they are safely with us, 1-2-1 is arranged with you if you have chosen the 1-2-1 selection service, your order is then completed.

Step 6: Your completed order is sent to you Recorded Delivery (within 2 weeks unless otherwise stated)

A message from Carol: Our family suffered a terrible devastating shock at the very sudden and unexpected loss of our beautiful mum. Our mum had a huge loving and forgiving heart and we wanted to remember such an amazing special soul in a very special way.
